Frequently Asked Questions

Everything a first-time visitor wants to know about Skillonize, AHCOS, the Early Access Program, and how it all fits together.

Getting Started

What is AHCOS and what does Skillonize do?

AHCOS™ (Adaptive Human Capability Operating System) is Skillonize's proprietary intelligence layer — continuously understanding, measuring, and developing human capability across learning, teaching, leadership, and entrepreneurship through adaptive AI, real-world evidence, and lifelong capability growth. Skillonize delivers AHCOS through three workspaces: Learn, Educators, and Startup — all powered by a shared AI engine and one unified capability profile.

How do I get started with Skillonize?

The fastest way is to join the Early Access Program at /early-access/register. It takes under two minutes, requires no credit card, and gives you immediate access to Skillonize Learn (in Beta) and the AI Coach. Skillonize Educators and Startup will open to Early Access members first.

Do I need an invitation or referral code?

No. Early Access is open to anyone who is passionate about human capability development. Visit /early-access and register directly — no invite, no waitlist, no referral code required.

Workspaces

What is Skillonize Learn?

Skillonize Learn is the online learning workspace — available now in Beta. It includes courses, growth paths, capability profiling, an AI Coach, and progress tracking. Courses are mapped to the 12 AHCOS capability domains so your learning feeds a holistic growth profile.

When will Skillonize Educators and Startup be available?

Both workspaces are in active development and will open to Early Access members first. Educators focuses on course creation, lesson planning, and professional development for teachers and trainers. Startup is for founders who want structured support for their business journey. Join Early Access to be first in line.

Can I use all three workspaces with one account?

Yes. One Skillonize account gives you access to all three workspaces. Your capability profile, AI conversation history, and progress data are shared across the platform — so your growth context follows you whether you are learning, teaching, or building.

AI Features

What can the AI Coach do?

The AI Coach is a context-aware coaching assistant that understands your capability profile, learning history, and goals. It can help you plan your learning path, reflect on progress, navigate startup challenges, prepare for teaching, and answer any capability-related question. It is not a generic chatbot — it has context about your AHCOS journey.

Does AHCOS use my data to train AI models?

No. Your personal data — including AI conversations, capability profile, and learning history — is never used to train public AI models. Aggregate, anonymised usage patterns may be used internally to improve the platform experience. See our /security page for the full privacy posture.

Pricing & Plans

Is AHCOS free? What is the catch?

During Early Access, AHCOS is completely free — no credit card, no hidden limits, no trial expiry. The reason: we want genuine community co-creators, not just passive users. Early Access members shape the roadmap. That is worth more to us than subscription revenue right now.

What happens when paid plans launch?

Early Access members will receive grandfather pricing — a discounted rate locked in before the public launch. You will be given advance notice and full control over which plan you move to. A free tier will remain available post-launch.

Capability Domains & Profile

What are the 12 AHCOS capability domains?

The 12 domains cover the foundational areas of human capability: Leadership & Management, Communication & Collaboration, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Teaching & Facilitation, Digital Literacy & Technology, Emotional Intelligence & Wellbeing, Data & Analytics, Creative Thinking & Design, Business Strategy, Personal Productivity, and Cultural Intelligence. See /capabilities for detailed descriptions of each.

How is my capability profile built?

Your profile is built automatically as you use the platform. Every course completed, lesson watched, AI conversation, assessment taken, and path milestone adds to your capability profile. The AI engine maps these activities to the relevant capability domains and surfaces your growth over time.

Organisation & Enterprise

Can I use Skillonize for my team or organisation?

Organisation features are in development. During Early Access, you can create an organisation, invite members, and manage roles. Full team analytics, custom branding, and enterprise SSO are planned for the Enterprise tier. If your organisation wants to pilot AHCOS, join Early Access and submit your use case via the feedback channel — we prioritise based on community demand.

Support & Community

Where can I get help or report an issue?

Early Access members can submit feedback, bug reports, and feature requests via /early-access/feedback. The Community Hub at /early-access/community has release notes, roadmap updates, and community guidelines. For security issues, contact security@skillonize.com directly.

How do I influence what gets built?

By joining Early Access. Every feedback submission is reviewed by the product team. The public roadmap in the Community Hub reflects community priorities. Features marked as 'community-sourced' are those where a member's input directly shaped the decision. Your voice has a real weight.

Still have a question?

If your question is not answered here, submit it via the Early Access feedback channel. If it comes up often, it gets added to this page.
